RULES & REGULATIONS
Ariel Dunes 1 is a residential community within Seascape, consisting of individually-owned condo units. Many residents live here full-time. AD1 is not a hotel please contact your rental manager with any questions you have during your stay.
Below is a summary of important Do's & Don'ts we want to make sure you’re aware of while you’re here.
- Throwing or dropping objects from balconies or walkways is prohibited. Violators will be evicted. ADI has 24 hour video surveillance.
- Smoking is prohibited in common areas (lobby, stairwells, elevators, lobby, floor hallways & pools) with the exception of areas of the common elements specifically designated, as well as on unit balconies .
- Unit occupancy must not exceed the number specified on the rental agreement and comply with the Walton County Fire Code standards.
- Hanging of objects, such as towels, from balcony or walkway railings is prohibited.
- Please observe quiet hours, 10:00 pm-8:00 am, Monday - Friday and 10:00 pm-10:00 am, Saturday, Sunday & federal holidays. Noise at
any time must not be heard from outside the unit.
- No pets are allowed in rental units. Only owners who have registered their pet with the association office may have pets on the premises,
- No jumping in the elevators. Offenders will be charged for damages. ADI has 24 hour video surveillance.
- Luggage carts must be returned to the cart area in front of the elevators immediately after use so they’re available for others.
- Vehicles must have a valid Seascape vehicle pass and be properly parked. Oversized vehicles or trailers must be pre-approved by the Association, must display a second ADI restricted vehicle pass and must park in ADI’s overflow parking lot.
- Do not leave items outside the unit doors on the common area walkways.
- Please refrain from sending garbage bags larger than 13 gal down the trash chute. This also includes not throwing construction trash and large items down the trash chute as well.
- Grilling on balconies is prohibited. Grills are provided in the parking lot, on the west side of the pool area.
- ADI wrist bands are required at the pool, fitness center, and seascape amenities.
